Terms and conditions

Plain English. The bits that keep both sides honest.

1. Who we are

Brindle Bespoke Paving is based in Brindle, Lancashire. The work runs from a few hundred pounds to tens of thousands. You deal with the people doing the job.

2. Quotes

We come and look, then give you a written quotation. No obligation. Photos on WhatsApp are fine to start the conversation. If we spot something on the day that changes the job, we stop and speak to you before doing more work.

3. Payment terms

Payment is two parts:

• 15% deposit on confirmation of order. Paid when you accept the quote. This holds your slot in the diary and covers our time to order materials.
• Balance due on the day the work is completed and signed off. Paid when you have walked the finished job with us and are happy.

Paid by bank transfer to the account details on your quote. We do not take card payments. Cash is fine for the balance if that suits you better, and every payment is recorded on your invoice for the tax year.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel before we order materials or lock your diary slot. If you cancel inside 14 days of accepting and we have not spent anything yet, the deposit is refunded in full. Once materials are ordered or the slot is booked, the deposit covers those costs and any leftover comes back to you.

5. Weather and delays

We do not lay in the rain just to hit a date. Washout days are finished on the next dry day at no extra cost.

6. Materials and workmanship

Materials match the quote unless you agree a substitution in writing. Workmanship carries a 12-month warranty from sign-off for faults caused by how we built it.

7. Complaints and data
